Stephen is a licensed agent and the Director of M4M Property Consultants Pty Ltd which is an independent real estate company that can provide expert advice on your real estate requirements across Victoria. Stephen has earned both Gold and Platinum Membership Awards in the Real Estate Industry which place him in the top 10% of salespeople in Australia and has been an integral member of the sales team that has won the Office of the Year award at the prestigious Australasian Real Estate Awards a record six times.
The experience obtained over 25 years in real estate sales, combined with Stephen’s previous employment in the Australian Army, Victoria Police and Local Government Town Planning, has enabled him to have the knowledge and skills required to connect with people and offer sellers and buyers a positive and educational real estate journey, without the stress levels normally associated with real estate transactions.
Stephen has built a solid reputation through integrity, putting trust and honesty at the forefront of all his relationships and it is his love of helping people which keeps him focused on providing excellent service and negotiating great outcomes.
